The South Yorkshire Key Funds Global Grant has recently provided funds to employ a part time development worker to manage the space; this is with a view to making the workshop more accessible to artists and community groups. To date the workshop has served as a meeting space, a much needed store, an artists' development space, and has provided workshops for the community and for a group of adults with learning difficulties from a local residential home. It has also been used by projects of ASM.
